Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival in Guwahati | Scenic Transfer to Tezpur
- Welcome to the Gateway of Northeast India! Arrive at Guwahati Airport/Khanapara where our Go Travellian trip captain will greet you.
- Begin your journey with a scenic 4-hour drive to Tezpur, crossing the stunning Kaliabhumura Bridge over the Brahmaputra River.
- Upon reaching Tezpur, check in to your hotel. Spend the evening at leisure — explore Bamuni Hills, Chitralekha Udayan (Cole Park), or Podum Pukhuri (optional).
- Overnight stay in Tezpur.
Day 2 – Road to Ziro Valley | First Evening at Ziro Music Festival
- After an early breakfast, check out and head for Ziro Valley (approx. 6–7 hours). Enjoy mesmerizing views of lush valleys and Eastern Himalayan landscapes en route.
- On arrival, check in, freshen up, and step into the vibrant world of the Ziro Music Festival — India’s premier eco-friendly indie music celebration hosted by the Apatani Tribe.
- Soak in live performances, bamboo art installations, and delicious local delicacies amidst misty mountains and paddy fields.

Day 3 – Apatani Tribal Village Walk | Music Festival

Day 4 – Fishing Experience | Music Festival Night
- Post breakfast, set out for a traditional fishing experience in Ziro’s iconic paddy fields (optional).
- Relish freshly grilled fish and authentic local dishes like smoked pork with bamboo shoot, rice beer (apong), or thukpa.
- Later, immerse yourself in another magical evening at the Ziro Music Festival, enjoying performances from Indian and international artists under a starlit sky.

Day 5 – Ziro Valley Sightseeing | Festival Finale
- After breakfast, explore Ziro Valley’s highlights (optional) —

Day 6 – Ziro Valley to Guwahati
- Enjoy breakfast, check out, and drive back to Guwahati (approx. 12–13 hours). Upon arrival, check in and relax after the long journey.

Day 7 – Maa Kamakhya Temple Visit | Departure
- Begin the day with a visit to the sacred Maa Kamakhya Temple on Nilachal Hills — one of the 51 Shakti Peethas.
- Return to the hotel for breakfast, freshen up, and check out.
- Transfer to Guwahati Airport/Khanapara for your onward journey with unforgettable memories of Ziro Music Festival 2025.
