Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the charges that will apply if a booking is cancelled by the client. It is effective from the date of booking and applies to all tours and services provided by GoTravellian, unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.
1. Client-Initiated Cancellation
If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges will be applied based on the number of days prior to your travel date that we receive your written cancellation request:

25% of the total tour cost
15-29 days
50% of the total tour cost
0-14 days
100% of the total tour cost

Please note that these charges are based on the total tour cost, not just the amount paid at the time of cancellation. Any non-refundable deposits or services (such as flights, visas, or certain permits) are subject to their own separate cancellation terms.
2. Cancellation by GoTravellian
In the unlikely event that GoTravellian must cancel a tour from our side, you will receive a full refund of the total amount you have paid to us. GoTravellian will not be held liable for any third-party costs you may have incurred in preparation for the trip, such as flight bookings, visa fees, or travel insurance.
3. Important Notes
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to your sales agent or our customer service team.
- The cancellation date will be the date on which we receive your written request during our business hours.
- This policy may be subject to change and specific terms may vary depending on the destination and travel dates (e.g., peak season or special events). Please ensure you review the final terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.
