Payment Policy

Payment Policy

This policy outlines the payment requirements for confirming your tour booking. The terms vary depending on whether you are booking a group tour or a private trip.

1. Group Tour Booking

To confirm your spot on a group tour, a non-refundable token amount of INR 3,000 must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the total tour cost must be settled 15 days prior to your date of travel.

2. Private Booking

For all private tour bookings, a deposit of 25-30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your trip. The remaining balance must be paid in full 7-10 days prior to your date of travel.
