Itinerary

Day 1 – Leh Arrival | Acclimatization Day | Overnight Stay at Leh+

• Arrive in Leh and transfer to your hotel.
• Check-in, refresh, and relax in the comfort of your room.
• Take it easy to allow your body to acclimatize to the high altitude.
• In the evening, take a leisurely stroll through the vibrant Leh Market (walking distance).
• Enjoy a delicious dinner and settle in for an overnight stay at the hotel.
Note: Pickup will be arranged at a common time.

Day 2 – Visit Shanti Stupa, Magnetic Hill & Pathar Sahib Gurudwara | Overnight Stay at Leh+

• After breakfast, set out to explore the wonders of Leh.
• Visit the Hall of Fame Museum, Shanti Stupa, Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, and the breathtaking Indus-Zanskar Confluence (Sangam Point).
• Stroll through local markets and unwind at charming cafés.
• Engage with locals to hear fascinating stories about Ladakh’s history and traditions.
• Return to the hotel by evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 – Leh – Khardung La – Hunder – Nubra Valley – Diskit | Overnight Stay at Nubra Valley+

• Breakfast at hotel and check out.
• Drive to Nubra Valley via Khardung-La (18,380 ft), the second-highest motorable road in the world.
• Enjoy stunning views of the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges.
• On arrival, check in to Swiss camps and relax.
• Visit the Sand Dunes, the Cold Desert of India, and enjoy Double-Humped Camel Safari & ATV rides (self-paid).
• Dinner and overnight stay in Nubra Valley

Day 4 – Nubra – Turtuk – Nubra | Overnight Stay at Nubra Valley+

• After breakfast, head to Turtuk, a remote, culturally rich Balti village near the India–Pakistan LoC.
• Explore narrow lanes, the Shyok River banks, the Balti Museum, and stunning landscapes.
• Return to Nubra by evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5 – Nubra to Pangong Tso via Shyok Valley | Overnight Stay at Pangong Tso+

• Breakfast and check out.
• Drive via Agham and Shyok villages.
• En route, visit Diskit Monastery and the 100-ft Buddha statue.
• Continue to Pangong Tso, a mesmerizing high-altitude lake with changing hues.
• Explore famous Bollywood shooting spots from 3 Idiots and Jab Tak Hai Jaan.
• Check into lakeside cottages for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6 – Pangong Tso to Tso Moriri Lake | Overnight Stay at Korzok+

• Witness sunrise at Pangong Lake.
• After breakfast, drive to Tso Moriri, the “Mountain Lake” in Changthang Plateau.
• Located at 15,000 ft, surrounded by snow-capped peaks and fed by springs & glaciers.
• Continue to Korzok, the highest permanent settlement in the world.
• Dinner and overnight stay in Korzok

Day 7 – Tso Moriri Lake to Leh | Overnight Stay at Leh+

• Early morning lake visit for breathtaking views.
• Breakfast and drive back to Leh.
• En route visit Rancho School (3 Idiots fame), Thiksey Monastery, and Shey Palace (time permitting).
• Evening free for market strolls, café hopping, and souvenir shopping.
• Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.

Day 8 – Departure from Leh+

• Breakfast at hotel.
• Transfer to Leh Airport for your onward flight

  • Best Time to Visit: May to September (summer months, pleasant for travel)
  • Travel Advisory:
    • Leh is at high altitude (11,500 ft). Proper acclimatization on Day 1 is mandatory.
    • Avoid overexertion, drink plenty of water, and carry Diamox (consult your doctor).
    • Carry warm clothes, thermals, gloves, caps, and sturdy shoes. Even in summer, nights are cold.
  • Road & Weather: Roads to Nubra, Pangong & Tso Moriri are subject to weather conditions.
  • Network Connectivity: Limited beyond Leh; BSNL postpaid works best.
  • Health Tip: Oxygen levels are low at high-altitude lakes – avoid alcohol/smoking and walk slowly.
  • Child Policy: Not recommended for infants or travelers with serious medical conditions.
